What is the St. Anne Gala?
The St. Anne Gala is the largest of our school fundraisers, which are vital to bridge the financial gap between the operating costs of the School and the tuition that is charged.  Our school fundraising efforts focus on tapping into outside sources of income beyond the pocketbooks of our parents.  It is a way to keep our tuition rates at a level lower than most area schools while still meeting our financial obligations.  Our annual gala has been very successful in helping to achieve this goal.  Additionally, it is an evening of fellowship within our community that highlights the many attributes of our wonderful school.

What can I do to help?
Every St. Anne family can participate in the success of the gala.  Our children already are!  Class projects created by each grade will tug heartstrings when their creativity and imagination is displayed.  There are committees to join which give you the opportunity to work alongside other parents in our community.  Please call the school office to find your perfect fit!

Who can attend the gala?

• Our gala is open to all family and friends of our St Anne community.
• We encourage you to share the event page with your out-of-town family members!
• You may also provide us with their email address and we will be happy to send them the link.

What’s fun about a virtual gala?

• A lot!
• You can participate in the gala from the comfort of your home - no fancy dress required!
• This allows the whole family to participate and provides for a great learning experience for our students.
• You may consider having a watch party at your home to make it even more fun - invite some friends over and share a meal.
• If you would like to be a sponsor for the event, we have a few different catering options available. Please see the next page for those opportunities. The evening will include some surprise entertainment, auction items, video testimonials, and more!

How does the catering work?

• Ruby Slippers & Emerald City Sponsors will be provided with a choice of two entrees, along with a salad and side, catered by Amerigo’s Grille. There will be enough for 10 (Ruby Slippers) or 8 (Emerald City) people and the dinner will be delivered to you the evening of the gala.
• Lollipop Guild Sponsors will be provided with a meat, cheese and fruit platter that serves 6. The platter will be available for pick up at school on Friday, April 16.
• Yellow Brick Road Sponsors will be provided with dessert for 4 and a bottle of champagne, which will be available for pick up at school on Friday, April 16.

How will we bid on auction items?

• All of the bidding will be done on your smart device or computer.
• You will see a Silent Auction tab on the event page. Simply click on that and scroll down to view the items.
• Each item will have a Bid button below the picture - choose how much you would like to bid and click Bid!

If we can’t participate the night of the event, can we still bid on auction items?

• YES! Our raffle is already live and we will be rolling out new auction items each week.
• We will let you know when things go “live” for bidding.
• You may also make monetary donations at any time, utilizing the green Donate button on the right side of the event page.

What will the sponsorship funds be used for?

• The Ruby Slippers sponsorship funds will be applied toward the cost of a comprehensive PK3-8th grade ELA program, an $80,000 investment.
• The Emerald City sponsorship funds will be applied toward a one to one device program, including needed hardware and software, so that we will have one device per student.
• The Lollipop Guild sponsorship funds will cover cost associated with purchasing the virtual event software.
• The Yellow Brick Road sponsorship funds will be applied toward new ViewSonic boards for our classrooms. We have several classrooms in need of new boards.
